Professional DevelopmentLearning is at the heart of what we do at Col Jones. We want our staff to pursue a life long journey of learning and self-improvement. Regular in-house workshops are held to ensure best teaching practices. These workshops are co-ordinated by our fully qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor.

Qualified Swim Australia Course Presenter
We also have on staff a fully qualified Swim Australia Course Presenter. This puts us in a unique position of being able to conduct in-house the Swim Australia Teacher Course as well as the Swim Australia Teacher of Competitive Strokes course. We also organise CPR update courses by an external provider to ensure accreditation and knowledge is up to date.
